What You’ll Do
- Provide primary administrative coordination for the Location Support team, including vendor communication, invoicing, documentation, and tracking action items.
- Manage and maintain organized records related to contracts, ICA processes, and operational documentation in partnership with Legal and Central teams.
- Coordinate, support, and execute basic room setup and resets for large internal meetings.
- Support budget stewardship by tracking expenses, monitoring processes, and helping maintain financial clarity for the team.

- Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow up in order to meet committed timelines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships.
- Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and problem-solve.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
