What You’ll Do

  • Provide primary administrative coordination for the Location Support team, including vendor communication, invoicing, documentation, and tracking action items.
  • Manage and maintain organized records related to contracts, ICA processes, and operational documentation in partnership with Legal and Central teams.
  • Coordinate, support, and execute basic room setup and resets for large internal meetings.
  • Support budget stewardship by tracking expenses, monitoring processes, and helping maintain financial clarity for the team.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships.
  • Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, make independent decisions, and problem-solve.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
