How you will make impact:

  • Be a leader with a point of view for the organization and the team, using data to constantly challenge and reshape our understanding of customer or moderator behavior and business performance.
  • Help build towards more robust data infrastructure and tooling solutions
  • Be a strategic partner by identifying high-impact analytical problems and finding innovative ways to tackle these problems
  • Metric creation and standardization across the ecosystem that lead to broader product insights
  • Build and maintain automated reports that are shared broadly for the Trust & Safety organization to track performance and highlight progress
  • Partner with stakeholders across the portfolio to ensure reporting and metrics are ready to support new product launches and operational changes
  • Act as a point of contact for sharing insights, helping amplify the voice of the member through data
  • Analyze trends in support and Trust & Safety data to identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in current processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, monitor, and improve operational metrics and reporting standards
  • Take ownership of analyses from initial question through final insight, following through to ensure findings are clearly understood and actionable
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Mentor other analytics team members, and be willing to both get your hands dirty or advise in a variety of different projects

We may be a Match if:

  • You have completed your Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • You have 6+ years of experience in analytics, and consider yourself a SQL expert (4+ with Masters)
  • Deep experience building and maintaining reports or dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
  • You have 3+ years of experience working with T&S, customer support, or operations team
  • Moderate experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and similar experience with tools such as Databricks or Mode
  • Basic experience with version control tooling such as Git or DBT
  • You can think critically, troubleshoot issues, and stay composed when things do not go as planned
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversations with stakeholders
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable partnering closely with operations, product, and analytics teams
  • You have a scrappy mindset and can thrive in messy data or ambiguous environments
