Your Impact :

  • Build and maintain automated reports for the Trust & Safety organization to track performance, share insights broadly, and highlight progress
  • Partner with Trust & Safety stakeholders and Tinder Analytics to ensure reporting and metrics are ready to support new product launches and operational changes
  • Act as a point of contact for sharing customer insights across Tinder, helping amplify the voice of the member through data
  • Analyze trends in support and Trust & Safety data to identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in current processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, monitor, and improve operational metrics and reporting standards
  • Take ownership of analyses from initial question through final insight, following through to ensure findings are clearly understood and actionable
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail

We Could Be a Match If :

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and are comfortable working with SQL to explore and analyze data
  • You enjoy digging into data to answer business questions, not just building dashboards, and can explain your findings clearly
  • You are able to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and stay composed when things do not go as planned
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversations with stakeholders
  • You have hands-on experience building and maintaining reports or dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable partnering closely with operations, product, and analytics teams

Preferred Qualifications :

  • One or more years of experience in a data analytics or related role
  • Experience working with customer support or operations teams
  • Familiarity with Zendesk Explore
  • Exposure to the product or software development lifecycle

Interview Process :

  • Hiring Manager (30 min): Deep dive on hard skills and experience with Isaac.
  • Technical (60 min): SQL assessment with a team member.
  • Behavioral (45 min): Culture and soft skills with a team member.
  • Final (45 min): Closing interview with a European stakeholder.
