How you’ll make an impact:

  • Drive Growth Outcomes: You’ll help own and move a key growth metric (e.g. activation, engagement, retention, or conversion) by identifying opportunities in the user journey, forming hypotheses, and testing solutions through rapid experimentation.
  • Execution & Experimentation: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and User Research to scope, ship, and iterate on growth initiatives. You’ll run experiments end-to-end, from defining success metrics, to analyzing results and applying learnings.
  • Product Planning & Prioritization: Contribute to the product roadmap by helping prioritize high-impact initiatives based on data, user insights, and business goals. You’ll balance short-term wins with longer-term bets, always with a clear view of expected impact.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Work closely with Analytics to monitor performance, understand tradeoffs, and inform decisions. You’re comfortable diving into dashboards, asking the right questions, and using insights to refine direction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with partners across Design, Engineering, Marketing, User Research, and Trust & Safety to ensure solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with Affinity’s broader goals.

We could be a match if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a consumer or growth-oriented product environment.
  • You’ve worked on growth, engagement, or funnel optimization problems, and are excited by moving metrics through iteration and experimentation.
  • You’re comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses and learning quickly from results.
  • You can prioritize effectively, focusing on the highest-impact opportunities rather than spreading yourself too thin.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional partners and are able to align teams around shared goals.
  • You enjoy being hands-on (writing product requirements, partnering closely with engineers and designers, and seeing work through to launch and iteration.)
