Basic Qualifications:
- プロジェクトまたはプログラムマネジメントの実務経験（3年以上）
- 複数ステークホルダー（PdM / Eng / Biz / CxO 等）を巻き込み、合意形成をリードした経験
- アジャイル開発（Scrum等）の基本的な理解と、ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトへの参画経験
- 課題を構造化し、事実とデータをもとに議論・意思決定を前に進める能力
- ビジネスレベルの日本語による業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）
- ビジネスレベルの英語による業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き必須）
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience leading alignment and decision-making across multiple stakeholders (PdM, Engineering, Business, CxO, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Agile development (e.g., Scrum) and hands-on experience with software development projects
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure problems and move decisions forward using data and facts
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing as must)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 複数プロジェクトを横断して管理した経験（ポートフォリオ視点）
- グローバルチーム（海外拠点・本社）との協業経験
- プロダクトマネジメント、または要件定義の実務経験
- PMP、CSM、PSMなどの関連資格
- AI / データ活用プロジェクトへの関与経験
- 英語によるビジネスレベルの会話・口頭コミュニケーション能力
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from a portfolio perspective
- Experience working with global teams or overseas offices
- Hands-on experience in product management or requirements definition
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PSM
- Experience working on AI or data-driven initiatives
- Business-level English proficiency (verbal is preferred)
