How you will make impact:
- Monetization Experimentation – Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize pricing strategies, feature adoption, and subscription conversion.
- Insight Generation – Analyze large-scale datasets to identify monetization opportunities, behavioral patterns, and friction points.
- Strategic Storytelling – Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights for cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Opportunity Discovery – Drive impact by proactively identifying new questions and value areas before they’re asked.
- Cross-Functional Impact – Work with Engagement, Marketing, and Trust & Safety pods to balance user experience and monetization goals.
- Fast Execution – Adapt quickly, iterate on analyses, and prioritize ruthlessly in a dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
We may be a Match if:
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including at least 3 years in consumer technology.
- Experience working with raw telemetry and datasets with 100M+ rows.
- Strong background in A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python for advanced analysis.
- Strong business intuition and understanding of how data connects to product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and taking initiative.
