Key Responsibilities:
- Engage enterprise customers across diverse industry segments to drive adoption of Mendix’s low-code platform
- Develop and manage strategic sales accounts, building strong relationships with senior executives to deliver business value
- Drive pipeline generation and qualification in collaboration with channel partners, ensuring consistent growth and opportunity creation
- Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and procurement, while aligning internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate Mendix’s differentiated value proposition at both technical and business levels to accelerate decision-making
- Analyze market feedback and customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development
- Navigate formal and informal buying processes, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and approvers to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with extended teams to ensure seamless execution across all stages of the sales process
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS or PaaS), with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and performance targets
- Experience selling into large enterprises
- Familiarity with the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, especially at the C-suite
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification
- High energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively
