Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through research, analysis and channel management.
  • Build initial relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with business development and account teams to build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring consistent lead conversion.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and finance) to ensure seamless coordination during the sales process.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all required documentation, including contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, and compliance forms, ensuring alignment with customer policies.
  • Address and resolve deal-blocking issues by proactively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the post-sale handoff to customer success and implementation teams, ensuring a smooth transition.

What We Value

  • Proven success in business development, consulting, sales or related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills; ability to compellingly articulate Palantir's product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment; develop deep familiarity with Palantir's software platforms and how they can be used to solve a wide range of real-world problems.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

What We Require

  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • 2+ years of business development, consulting, sales, account executive, or related experience.
  • Open to travel (25%+) per business needs.
