Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate system issues.
- Manage data integrity and system audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all HRIS platforms.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support business decision-making.
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or certification on programming languages.
- 3+ years of hands-on, direct experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
- Proven, in-depth experience working with Rippling or similar HRIS is a must. This includes hands-on experience with modules such as Core HR, Benefits and Talent.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and google suite including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, and macros for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with other People Tech platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
