Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the process.
- Support Go to market teams with recruiting needs mainly.
- Proactive sourcing of candidates to fill future positions. Create projects to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates.
- Screen and rank resumes and candidate applications based on job responsibilities.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' capabilities and culture fit. Interview candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude.
- Act as point of contact with candidates, facilitating the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview teams, and building influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
- Brand employer, being the spokesperson for PayJoy's culture to external candidates.
- Understand PayJoy's mission, products, services and culture in order to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter hiring multi-levels of all areas (Go to market).
- Proven experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives.
- Proven experience recruiting for LATAM markets for fast paced environments/startups is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of results-oriented sourcing methods.
- Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS (Lever is a plus) as well as the ability to produce and report on recruiting activity.
- English proficiency, Portuguese/Spanish is a plus.
