Key responsibilities
- Respond to alerts generated in systems about atypical operations to identify and prevent fraud.
- Immediately validate official identity documents in sales detected as suspicious by automated tools:
- Approved these legitimate cases to contribute to increased sales,
- Block fraudulent cases and report them promptly.
- Detect patterns and trends in internal and external risks to identify causes and propose controls to reduce fraud risks.
Qualifications
- Technical or university studies unfinished in related areas such as Business Administration, Communications or similar.
- Experience in customer service or attention, preferably in the sales or financial sector, at least one year.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite
- Effective communication skills and cultural sensitivity to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a team, high sense of urgency and handling difficult situations under pressure.
