we are recruiting 1 more Senior Product Recruiter
- You will join our Tech, Data and Product recruitment team (currently 9 Recruiters) within Pennylane's broader TA team of 20 people.
- You will be able to take on real responsibilities within your scope and implement the recruitment strategies that you consider most appropriate.

📝 Reporting to the Tech Product & Data Recruitment Associate Lead, your mission will be to
- - Proactively source diverse talent on specialized platforms and networks by deploying innovative attraction strategies, in France and abroad
- - Partner with and advise hiring managers (including Heads of Product and our CPO) defining needs and developing inclusive recruitment strategies tailored to each profile
- - Create and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- - Produce regular reports on recruitment progress and our performance indicators
- - Optimize the existing recruitment process with a continuous improvement approach
- - Contribute to the development of our inclusive employer brand on the Product side
- - Lead and take part in structural projects (process improvement, new tools, employer branding, etc.)

- - Excel at managing multiple processes independently with strong organizational skills
- - Are data driven and follow the right metrics to measure and improve your performance
- - Are pragmatic, action-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments
- - Are fluent in French and English and comfortable to conduct interviews in both languages
