Analyst, Accounts Receivable

  • Responsible for issuing Qualtrics company invoices and managing all billing-related tasks.
  • Acts as a critical link connecting sales, operations, and accounting to ensure a smooth and efficient billing cycle.
  • Provides timely, relevant reporting and supports projects for the broader Finance organization.

  • As a founding member of the Finance Shared Services Center Team in Mexico, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that contribute the success and development of Finance as well as the overall company.
  • Manage a collections portfolio, facilitate client payments, and handle sales and customer requests via emails and cases.
  • Partner with sales to obtain purchase orders and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and address inefficiencies.
  • Support training of new team members, assist with ad-hoc queries, projects, and auditor requests.
  • Follow Qualtrics processes and utilize tools such as NetSuite and Salesforce for case and data management.
  • Apply strong analytical skills and financial knowledge to accurately manage collections, sales opportunities, contracts, and monthly financial processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related field
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
