- At least 3 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple teams
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
- Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
- Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Self-Starter, personable, mature, team player, and poised

- The base pay for this role is expected to be between $85,000.00 and $100,000.00. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
