What you'll be doing

  • Drive Automation Strategy: Identify and prioritize high-ROI opportunities to automate internal processes and customer-facing workflows using AI (e.g., document extraction, data matching, code generation, and intelligent support bots).
  • Define Product Vision: Translate business needs into functional requirements, product specs, and measurable success metrics for AI-powered modules leveraging LLMs, embeddings, OCR, and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with ML engineers to design and implement human-in-the-loop workflows, confidence-scoring systems, and validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and trust.
  • Integrate AI into Core Products: Develop and maintain a product roadmap for embedding automation into existing solutions, such as receipt and invoice reconciliation or ad platform optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance: Align automation initiatives with data governance, compliance, and auditability standards, ensuring responsible and transparent AI implementation.
  • Evaluate and Implement Technologies: Conduct vendor assessments (e.g., Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs) and manage proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate technical feasibility and business impact.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, ML, automation, or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, OCR, predictive models) and their business applications.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and vendor evaluation processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks related to AI or data automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
