- TTEC Digital is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead our strategic sales organization. Anchored by our robust professional and managed services, this remote U.S.-based role drives growth across our expanding portfolio of CX transformation, CCaaS, AI, and CRM modernization solutions.
- Working remotely and reporting to the Global Sales Leader for TTEC Digital, the Vice President, Enterprise Sales will oversee a team responsible for driving new client acquisition and existing client revenue growth across TTEC Digital’s partner ecosystem which includes Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco/Webex, Genesys, NICE, Talkdesk, Zoom, Five9, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Pega Systems, and others.
- This leader will collaborate closely with TTEC Digital's professional services, delivery, operations, and partner teams to guide clients from early opportunity through solutioning, contracting, and long‑term success. You will represent the full breadth of our consulting, implementation, integration, and managed services capabilities, ensuring that clients clearly understand how modern CX technology can transform their customer and employee experience outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading and developing a high‑performing enterprise sales team focused on large strategic growth opportunities
- Driving bookings, revenue, and margin expansion across TTEC Digital’s CX, CCaaS, AI, CRM, and managed services portfolio
- Establishing and fostering executive‑level relationships with clients and our key strategic partners
- Ensuring excellence in pipeline creation, forecasting, sales discipline, and account strategy to achieve and exceed quota objectives
- Collaborating deeply with professional services, delivery, operational leaders, and cross‑functional TTEC teams to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market motion and world‑class client outcomes
- Maintaining a strong understanding of emerging trends across CX, AI, digital channels, analytics, workforce engagement, and CCaaS transformations
- Providing industry thought leadership and competitive insights to support solution innovation, partner alignment, and sales effectiveness
What You Bring to the Role
- 10+ years of enterprise sales and sales leadership experience selling PaaS, CX/CCaaS platforms, and/or AI professional/managed services
- Proven ability to develop, influence, and grow C‑suite and senior executive relationships within large enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success in winning and expanding multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar strategic transformation deals
- Strong experience developing go‑to‑market strategies, sales plans, and growth frameworks for cloud and digital transformation portfolios
- Expertise or familiarity with leading CX and CCaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco/Webex, Genesys, NICE, Talkdesk, Zoom, Five9, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Pega, etc.)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
