QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be a master of modern technology with deep hands-on experience implementing innovative systems.
- Extensive leadership experience across IT or Engineering in high-growth environments.
- Pragmatic judgment around architecture and system design with the ability to balance speed, scalability, security, and employee experience.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle a broad range of business challenges, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to direct system engineering and delivery.
- Outstanding business partnership skills, capable of excellent storytelling, problem solving, and transparent communications.
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams and setting a high bar for quality and reliability.
- High EQ and deep care for employee experience. Adept at finding creative solutions that balance business needs with removing friction for employees.
- Think and act like a CFO: highly skilled at financial analysis; strong business acumen; high integrity stewardship of the company’s finances.
