RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for WHOOP’s ecosystem and partner integrations, aligned with company goals around trust, physiology, and long-term member value
  • Lead the scaling of our existing developer platform and the 0→1 development of new ecosystem capabilities and integrations
  • Lead high-impact third-party integrations that meaningfully improve the member experience, translating external data into clear, actionable physiological insight
  • Partner closely with engineering, data, design, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams to deliver secure, scalable, high-quality integrations
  • Contribute to the evolution of WHOOP’s ecosystem capabilities, including APIs, data access patterns, and standards that support high-quality partner experiences
  • Define and track success metrics for ecosystem initiatives, with a focus on member usage, engagement, and trust
  • Collaborate across the Product team to maximize the impact of the ecosystem approach, ensuring third-party data and experiences are effectively integrated across WHOOP surfaces

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on platform, ecosystem, APIs, or developer-facing products
  • Experience working with third-party integrations, developer platforms, or partner-led product strategies in a consumer technology environment
  • Technical fluency to engage deeply on API design, data models, authentication patterns, and developer experience, able to collaborate effectively with engineering on technical tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated comfort with and usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate product execution
  • Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs between first-party development and ecosystem enablement
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority in complex, fast-moving organizations
  • Comfort operating across strategy and execution, from defining long-term vision to shipping high-quality product increments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex external relationships in partnership with marketing and other internal teams, effectively representing product priorities while balancing partner needs, constraints, and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform prioritization and measure product impact
  • Experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to new or evolving product areas through strong prioritization and execution
  • Passion for building incredible consumer experiences in health, fitness, or adjacent domains
