Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of talent/recruitment experience, preferably in-house or in a high-growth business
- Strong CV screening and direct sourcing skills – you know how to find hard-to-reach talent and don't give up easily!
- Excellent communication skills - you can influence, persuade, and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Solutions-focused and resilient – you see obstacles as problems to solve, not reasons to stop
- Hungry to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a high-performance culture
- If you are a driven career shifter (from Business Development, Operations, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Design) with less than 2 years of experience, we're also open to getting to know you!
