Responsibilities
- Process service requests that require a resident insurance producer license (endorsements, coverage changes, cancellations, reinstatements).
- Manage escalated insurance verification cases requiring advanced policy knowledge or complex interpretation.
- Act as an escalation point for CSR I and II on licensed or high-risk matters.
- Partner with Sales Agents on cross-functional service needs requiring a license.
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the service team.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and workflow improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance policies in compliance with licensing requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (active).
- 3+ years of insurance customer service or related experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in policy servicing and compliance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple state licenses.
- Prior experience in a high-volume insurance agency or carrier environment.
- Experience training or mentoring peers.
- Experience with Zendesk or other customer support platforms.
