Responsibilities will include
- Designing and implementing effective strategies to source candidates for every job.
- Identifying candidates suitable for the active jobs through networking, utilizing online databases, or social media.
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
- Using all possible means to engage those candidates quickly & ensuring up-to-date resumes are received from potential candidates.
- Ability to assess candidate quality and technical capabilities.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed candidate records for each job.
- Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels.
- Help in recruitment drive initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience in sourcing.
- Experience in Technology hiring along with the relevant background.
- Hands-on working knowledge of sourcing techniques and have strong screening skills through job portals, LinkedIn, referencing or any other unconventional way.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing and developing job postings, and position requirements.
- Excellent communication skills & good interpersonal skills.
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate/PG (MBA/PGDM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge on MS excel and Google tools.
- Experience working in Lever ATS
