Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics, creatives, and digital assets for paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and others.
- Design static images, carousels, video elements, GIFs, and short-form content optimized for performance marketing.
- Work with internal teams and clients to understand creative requirements, campaign goals, and branding guidelines.
- Iterate and refine designs based on performance data, feedback, and A/B testing results.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all creatives and campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Present concepts and creative directions during brainstorms and client discussions.
- Stay updated on design and advertising trends to contribute fresh ideas and approaches.
Key qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating assets for paid advertisements or performance marketing.
- Proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative assets specifically designed for digital advertising, websites, and applications.
- High proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong skills in graphic design, asset creation, image editing, video editing, GIF creation, and vector illustration.
- Excellent eye for detail, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy, with an understanding of what drives user action in a paid ad context.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field is preferred.
