Product Manager II, Healthcare

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead execution of healthcare-related features through launch and iteration
- Translate high-level product direction into clear requirements, user stories, and engineering-ready specifications
- Proactively identify risks, clarify ambiguity, and remove blockers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Drive clear timelines and documentation, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery without losing focus on product outcomes
- Break down complex, ambiguous health challenges into clear problem statements and phased development plans
- Balance member value, business impact, and technical feasibility when making tradeoffs
- Ensure features are intuitive, simple, and behaviorally effective — especially when working with complex physiological data
- Define KPIs and success metrics for features and experiments
- Partner with Product Analytics to analyze performance data and member feedback
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform new feature development, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Engineering, UX Design, Data Science, Clinical, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive health experiences
- Translate diverse stakeholder input into clear, aligned product decisions
- Maintain crisp documentation and strong communication across teams
- Advocate for high-quality member experiences that are clear, trustworthy, and actionable
- Apply strong product principles to ensure features solve real problems in simple, elegant ways
- Sweat the details to ensure clarity, usability, and polish
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager with a demonstrated track record of shipping consumer-facing products
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end in agile development environments
- Strong product judgment and ability to articulate clear reasoning behind prioritization decisions
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring product impact
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven, member-centric mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and tradeoffs
- Experience in digital health or regulated environments is a strong plus, but not required
- Passion for health, performance, and alignment with WHOOP’s mission and values
