RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and design the WHOOP university recruiting strategy across internships, co-ops, and fellowship programs, in close collaboration with hiring managers and the broader Talent team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key universities, student groups, and career services/employer relations teams to drive awareness and interest in WHOOP.
  • Represent WHOOP at on-campus and virtual events, career fairs, and networking sessions, traveling both in-state and out of state as needed.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial engagement through scheduling, interviews, and offer delivery.
  • Build inclusive and robust pipelines by identifying new university partners, developing creative sourcing strategies, and ensuring equitable access to opportunities.
  • Manage the conversion process from internship and co-op programs to full-time roles at WHOOP, ensuring early-career hiring is a visible and strategic focus within campus recruiting efforts. Continuously assess and improve campus recruiting processes, metrics, and tools to ensure scalability and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in campus or early-career recruiting, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering an exceptional candidate and partner experience.
  • Deep knowledge of event strategy, logistics, and engagement best practices to attract top early-career talent.
  • Comfort attending a high volume of events - both on-campus and those internally run by WHOOP.
  • Creative problem-solver with an eye for scalable recruiting strategies. Comfortable owning and evolving programs with a long-term mindset, balancing short-term needs with future growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Experience using recruiting tools (e.g., ATS, university job boards) to manage workflows and report on outcomes.
  • Passion for building early talent pipelines and fostering long-term partnerships with universities and organizations.
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
