RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with technical leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of domains
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles, leveraging outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through to close
- Advise on best practices in candidate evaluation, interview structure, and hiring team alignment
- Use data and insights to inform recruiting strategy and optimize performance
- Contribute to strategic projects that improve the overall hiring process, including employer branding, recruiting tools, and operational scalability
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for in-house experience at high-growth or startup companies
- Proven success hiring for a range of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, data science, product management, AI)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex searches, deliver high-quality candidates, and close top talent
- Strong sourcing abilities and comfort using a variety of platforms and tools
- Motivated by providing a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring partners
- Thoughtfully approaches hiring decisions with curiosity and critical thinking, helping teams uncover blind spots
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
