- Oversee the day-to-day operations of TI projects, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement studio processes and best practices to optimize project outcomes and team performance.
Project Oversight
- Lead the design and execution of commercial projects, ensuring that all architectural solutions meet both client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve all design work, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design, budget, and timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Lead stakeholder presentations, meetings, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and address stakeholder concerns and challenges, providing strategic design solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
Required
- Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch).
- 8+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on commercial, tenant improvement or ground-up construction.
- Proven experience in leading and managing architectural teams.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.).
